DTS COMMERCE · POINT OF SALE & DISTRIBUTION

One till, one online store, one stock.

Shop and website sell the same catalogue, and stock stays right on both sides. Cash, card or mobile money.

Touch till E-commerce Mobile money
The problem

Sales move faster than your stock.

The stock lies

The store sells, the warehouse ships, the notebook keeps up as best it can. Nobody knows how much is really left, or where.

The till is counted by hand

End of day: cash, mobile money and customer credit recounted one by one. Gaps show up too late to be explained.

One catalogue per channel

One price in store, another online, a third at the warehouse. Every price change is copied over by hand, when someone remembers.

The solution

Sell everywhere, count once.

DTS Commerce takes payment in store and online from a single catalogue and a single stock, with the till, loyalty and mobile money built in.

Take payment in store

Touch till (POS)

A simple cashier screen, receipts, till sessions and end-of-day closing: counter sales without the notebook.

Cash, card and mobile money

Orange Money and MTN taken at the counter by OTP code or QR, alongside cash and card, on the same receipt.

Till sessions and gaps

Each session opens and closes with its float: gaps show the same evening, cashier by cashier.

One stock, several points of sale

Multi-store stock

Each store and each warehouse has its own stock, visible in real time. An online sale reserves goods just like a counter sale.

Transfers and stocktakes

Restocking between warehouse and stores is tracked, and stocktakes by count calculate gaps automatically.

One catalogue, one price list

A product is created once, with its prices per channel or per customer. A price change applies everywhere at once.

Sell online and build loyalty

Built-in online store

The e-shop sells the same catalogue and the same stock as the stores: no separate site, no re-typing orders.

Promotions and loyalty

Discounts, promo codes and the loyalty programme work at the till and online, with the same rules.

Consolidated sales

The day's figures per store, per cashier and per channel: the dashboard replaces the evening calculator.

The interface

The sales day, readable on one screen.

The day's summary shows sales by shop and by channel, the state of the tills and the stock to replenish. The manager sees the day without calling each shop.

  • Today's sales per store, per cashier and per channel
  • Cash, card and mobile money payments reconciled per session
  • Stock per point of sale with restocking alerts
  • Online orders prepared from the nearest store

What the till sells, the books already know. See it for yourself.

Who it is for

One shop, or twenty.

Stores & retail chains

One store or twenty: same products, same prices, tills and stock tracked per point of sale.

Wholesalers & distributors

Prices per customer, bulk orders and deliveries from the warehouse, with the retail counter alongside.

Brands that sell online

The online store joins the physical ones without creating a second stock or a second team.

Deployment & tailoring

The till runs on day one, the stock follows.

DTS sets up your points of sale, imports catalogue, stock and customers from your files, and trains cashiers on their own screen, in the store.

1

Scoping

Points of sale, product families, payment methods and pricing rules.

2

Data migration

Catalogue, stock and customer files imported from Excel, checked store by store.

3

Configuration & testing

Till, promotions and e-shop validated on real sales before opening.

4

Go-live & support

Cashiers and managers learn on their own till, in the shop. Support stays reachable at go-live.

FAQ

Questions about DTS Commerce.

Power cuts, mobile money, multi-store and online sales: what comes up in every conversation with shopkeepers.
Does the till work when the connection drops?
Yes. The touch till keeps taking payment offline and syncs sales as soon as the network returns. An outage does not close the store.
How is mobile money taken at the till?
Orange Money and MTN are paid at the counter by OTP code or QR, like any other payment method on the receipt. The payments show up in the session closing, next to cash.
Can we run several stores with different prices?
Yes. Each point of sale has its own stock and, if needed, its own price list. Transfers between warehouse and stores are tracked, and head office sees consolidated sales.
Do we need a separate website to sell online?
No. The online store is part of the solution: same catalogue, same stock, same promotions. A web order is prepared like an in-store sale.
