Every parcel, every truck, tracked from departure to delivery.
Grouped parcels, trucks and billing in the same file. The customer follows the shipment by reference, without creating an account.
A shipping file goes through too many hands.
Status lives on the phone
The container is at the port, in customs or on a truck, depending on who picks up. The client calls back, operations calls back, everyone waits.
Documents scatter
Bill of lading in an email, declaration at the broker's, receipts in a folder. At the first inspection, the file gets rebuilt piece by piece.
Disbursements slip away
Port fees, professional fees, customs advances: whatever is not logged on the right file will never be billed back to the client.
Two businesses, one single file.
DTS Logistics covers parcel groupage and road transport: public tracking, fleet, workshop and billing, each with its own steering.
Parcel groupage
Public tracking, no account
The customer follows their parcel by reference on the public tracking page, with no account to create and no personal data on display.
QR labels per sub-parcel
Every sub-parcel has its own QR label: one scan gives its status, even when the parcel goes out over several departures.
Automatic carrier tracking
Flights and vessels are tracked via the official Air France-KLM Cargo and MSC APIs, and an on-demand lookup covers other carriers: the status updates itself.
Rates & reassignment
Rates are set per item, per kilo or per cubic metre in regressive brackets; a parcel moved to another line keeps its invoice thread, credit note or top-up generated.
Transport & fleet
Trips & billing
Every trip has its waybill and is billed by flat rate, by tonne or by kilometre, per the customer's contract.
Fuel & workshop
Fuel comes from a valued tank and is charged to the trip; the workshop follows each repair from inspection to closure, parts and labour included.
Documents under control
Insurance, technical inspections and driver permits are tracked by due date, with an alert before a document expires.
Online chartering
Shippers request chartering online and track their waybill by reference, without calling operations.
Steering & portal
Profitability per operation
Every departure, trip or repair carries its own analytic account: margin is computed without manual rebuilding.
A dashboard per profile
Revenue, departure fill rate, margin and twelve-month trend for management; the counter agent reads their drop-offs, arrived parcels to hand over and their cash balance; the operations manager their upcoming departures and running trips. One menu, content follows access rights.
Agency cash desk under control
Cash taken at the counter has a known holder, the remittance to the main cash desk or the bank is only booked after approval, and every profile knows whether it may take cash, mobile money, or both.
Customer portal
Parcels, invoices, claims, pickups and online payment: clients help themselves, with a notification at every milestone. An arrived parcel left unclaimed sends its own reminder.
Online freight quotes
Clients price their shipment online, weight and volume computed, air and sea compared side by side, before even calling the agency.
One scan, one status, zero calls.
The operations cockpit lists ongoing departures and trips, with their fill rate, their margin and their next milestone. What is stuck rises to the top, what is rolling stays quiet.
- Sub-parcels sorted by stage: dock, loaded, transit, arrived, delivered
- Cockpit with revenue, departure fill rate and margin per departure
- The file's documents one click away, at the office or at the port
- Fuel and workshop charged to each trip's cost
- Every sub-parcel has its warehouse slot, found without searching by sight
A file's margin can be read before the container arrives. We'll prove it.
